Sunday was Steve’s birthday and we had a fun and relaxing day. We had a light lunch at our favorite Greek restaurant and then the whole family took naps. After our naps we headed to a pizza place in downtown Dallas. My parents met us there and we enjoyed getting to spend time with them. After dinner, we headed to the Barenaked Ladies concert. This is one of Steve’s favorite bands and Christopher loves them too. Christopher has been excited about this concert since March. Although he has been to many concerts, this is the first one that he has really wanted to see and the first one that he really knew all the songs. It was fun to watch him enjoy it! Being 9 months pregnant, I wasn’t sure what was in store for me. Luck for us we had actual seats and ours were on the end. The concert was not overcrowded, so I had room to stretch. In between the opening acts, I went to the mister fans and cooled off. My feet did swell, but it wasn’t unbearable. Steve told us that he had a great birthday!
