One Last Stop

Saturday, we sadly had to leave beautiful Colorado.  I needed to be back by Monday for inservice.

Originally we thought we would be heading through Amarillo on our way to Colorado.  We had planned to stop at The Big Texan.  Christopher had seen this restaurant on Man v. Food last year and has been talking about going there to eat.  Steve and I had seen the restaurant on our previous trips to Colorado and have laughed about going there.  So instead of heading back the way we came, we drove to Amarillo for one last adventure.  The Big Texan is know for there 72 oz. steak challenge.

While were were eating a man and his son started the challenge. We didn’t stay to watch them finish, but it was fun!  After our dinner, Steve and Christopher had to have some fun shooting.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our time in Colorado.  All of us were sad to leave.
