On Saturday we woke up and began our road trip to Breckenridge! After driving all day and well past dinner, we decided to call it a night in Pueblo. After breakfast, we headed to Pike’s Peak. Christopher had seen it on tv and wanted to drive up it. Steve let me drive up the mountain. It is not for the faint of heart. The road is narrow and curves up the mountain.
~ The view was amazing, but it was so windy and cold that 3 out of the 4 of us only lasted a minute outside of the car! ~
After lunch, we finished our drive and ended up in Silverthorne, CO. Ian was excited to get to play in the snow.
