We arrived in Silverthorne a little after 2 on Sunday. Once we had the car unloaded and everyone was settled, the kids headed outside for a little fun in the snow. It started with a little snowball fight, climbing in more snow than they have ever seen and making snow angels.
It ended with the Grace and Christopher learning how to sled. The house we are renting, had two sleds that I found in the garage. They took them out back and began to make their way down the mountain. The snow was a little too deep when they first started, but they soon figured out the art of sledding. They spent the better part of the afternoon out there enjoying the beautiful day.
