Final Day in Telluride

On our final day in Telluride we took the Bear Creek Trail to the festival.  It was a beautiful day.

We enjoyed some music by a band called Super Chicken and also watched the crazy hippy people.

This is one of the crazy people.  This man spent the entire weekend dancing in the corner in the mud!

The beautiful skies…

didn’t last long.  They soon turned cloudy.

The rain came down and we went to town for a few drinks and some football. 

Just before 5, when our friend John Alex Mason was taking the stage, the sun came out again!  

We made it back to the festival to see John Alex warm up the audience before the final show of the weekend.

I waited all weekend to see Bonnie Raitt. 

She came on right after Taj Mahl.  About 5 minutes into her set, the rain came down.  It poured and even hailed.  Bonnie, took a 5 minute break and as soon as it passed she was back! She rocked the show and was hands down my favorite performer that we have seen in Telluride over the years!  Loved it!!!!
